Good Afternoon {{Constituent First Name}},
At Canopy NWA, we know that persisting in this work requires two things: innovation and rest. Both are essential if we are to continue building a community where refugees can rebuild their lives with dignity and belonging.
This month, our staff invested in both. We took a day for professional skill development, sharpening the tools we need to serve families well. We also carved out a retreat day at the lake. A reminder that joy, rest, and connection sustain us for the long journey ahead. |
Our Board of Directors has also begun the important work of shaping Canopy’s next three-year strategic plan. Their commitment ensures that our mission is not only sustained but strengthened for the future.
Meanwhile, key staff are meeting with leaders from refugee communities across Northwest Arkansas to talk about the changes ahead and how we can forge new partnerships for integration and belonging. These conversations will guide us as we continue to adapt and grow alongside the communities we serve.
Thank you for walking with us. Together, we persist. With creativity, with rest, and with hope.
